Procurement Engineer / Instrumentation & control Background mainly in Oil & Gas business

Responsibilities:
 

To provide product solution to customer based on experiences and support you will take, also Negotiating tender and contract terms

 
preparing and agreeing project budgets, timescales and specifications with clients/managers;
.     Investigates potential suppliers and recommends those most desirable.

writing reports and documentation;
Interviews supplier representatives regarding specifications, costs, inspection, and similar problems relating to parts and equipment.
collaborating with a team of scientists and engineers and offering technical support
An ability to work under pressure while keeping to tight deadlines is an advantage.

 
 
 
Qualifications:

University degree in Engineering. (Power/Control/Communication/Mechanical)
0-5 Years  work Experience
Good English communication skills
IT skills
